Anti-union neoliberalism must go. Public servants need to defend the people who get them elected, not big money corporate interests. Our economic system has privatized the gains and socialized the losses through multiple recessions— so the wealth disparity only grows. We need strong union policies, worker-owned manufacturing development run by a sustainable infrastructure, and greater support to small businesses.
I am so grateful for this endorsement from Maine Youth for Climate Justice! Social and economic justice is inextricably tied to the health of our environment. Creating a more efficient and regenerative infrastructure can take power away from the ultra-wealthy and give it to us. Quarterly profits founded on cultural, communal, and planetary destruction will not continue if we the people localize and take ownership of the systems that support our lives. Energy, food, water, education, housing, healthcare, and a healthy environment must be accessible to all people in our state, country, and world. Asking how we pay for it is a joke— how do we not pay for saving our planet and the people who are most impacted by capitalism’s exploitation and untethered consumption.
I am writing to inform you that Maine Youth for Climate Justice has formally endorsed you for State House, representing District 130.

Our endorsements were contingent upon candidates' climate policy, recognition of the intersectionality between the climate crisis and social justice, and being in support of plans such as Renew New England’s regional Green New Deal project.
You can find the MYCJ coalition on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Thank you for running and for your commitment to climate justice. As youth, we look to you to listen to the voices of young people in your community.

Renew New England is forming the coalitions necessary for domestic, regional, and local resilience built on a green jobs guarantee, affordable housing creation, increased access to healthcare, and social and economic justice. I am so thankful for their endorsement and to be a part of this movement.
Thank you for the endorsement Maine Education Association! Investing in school staff and learners is imperative for all people in Maine to prosper. I will be a force in the legislature, advocating for decreased class size, higher wages for school staff, increased access to resources, and assistance through the pandemic. As the voice of education professionals in Maine, the Maine Education Association should have a seat in the legislature whenever decisions that impact teachers and students are being made. If teachers’ voices are heard, and needs met, I have no doubt that our state, country, and world will benefit socially, economically, and environmentally.
“Dear Nicolas Delli Paoli,
On behalf of the Maine Education Association's Board of Directors, I am pleased to offer you our endorsement in your election to the Maine House of Representatives.
Our endorsement is based upon your responses to our questionnaire and your commitment to public schools.
You should feel free to list the Maine Education Association as an endorser of your candidacy and if there is anything we can do to help you, please let us know. We will be working over the next few months to educate members about your candidacy and why you are the best choice for students, educators and public schools. I hope we have a chance to work together with you as a legislator to advance public education in Maine.
